BLODSALGO LIMITED develops and sells automated trading software (Expert Advisors) for the MetaTrader 5 platform. Our services include:

• Expert Advisors (EAs): Automated trading algorithms sold through the MQL5 marketplace, including Pivot Killer, Growth Killer, and Stability Killer AI
• Trading Signals: Live trading signals published on the MQL5 platform that users may subscribe to
• Customer Support: Technical assistance with EA setup, configuration, and optimisation via Telegram and MQL5

All Expert Advisor purchases are conducted through the MQL5 marketplace and are subject to MQL5's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.

3. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange, contracts for difference (CFDs), and other financial instruments on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should be aware of the following:

• You could sustain a loss of some or all of your invested capital
• Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not indicative of future results
• Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
• Leverage can work against you as well as for you
• Automated trading systems are subject to technical failures, connectivity issues, and software bugs

You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure about the risks involved, you should seek independent financial advice before trading.

4. No Guarantee of Profits

BLODSALGO LIMITED makes no representations or guarantees regarding the performance or profitability of any Expert Advisor or trading signal. Specifically:

• Historical results, including backtests and live signal performance, do not guarantee future performance
• Win rates, profit factors, and other metrics shown on our website or MQL5 listings reflect past performance only
• Different broker conditions, account sizes, leverage settings, and market conditions can produce different results
• No EA or trading system can guarantee profits or prevent losses

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the Expert Advisors themselves, is the intellectual property of BLODSALGO LIMITED and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile any of our Expert Advisors
• Purchasing an EA grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it as permitted by MQL5's marketplace terms
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased EAs with third parties

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• BLODSALGO LIMITED shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services
• We are not liable for any trading losses incurred while using our Expert Advisors or following our signals
• We are not responsible for losses caused by broker execution issues, server downtime, VPS failures, internet connectivity problems, or any other technical issues outside our control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim

7. Affiliate Broker Disclosure

Our website contains affiliate links to regulated brokers, including IC Markets and IC Trading. We may receive a commission or other compensation if you open an account through these links. This affiliate relationship does not affect the price you pay or the services you receive from the broker.

We recommend brokers based on our experience with their execution quality, spreads, and platform compatibility with our EAs. However, we are not responsible for the services provided by any broker, and you should conduct your own due diligence before opening a trading account.

9. Refunds

All purchases of Expert Advisors are made through the MQL5 marketplace and are subject to MQL5's refund policy. We encourage all users to thoroughly test the free demo version of each EA before making a purchase.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep our website and services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BLODSALGO LIMITED is incorporated. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
